Independent product engineering studio

I shape the product.
I build the system.
I take it to production.

At n8.software, I build web and mobile applications for products where business logic, reliability and a controlled release matter as much as the interface.

Problem before backlog

Start with the user, business rules and the goal of the first release. The work plan follows from that, not the other way around.

One coherent product

Interface, APIs, data, mobile and infrastructure are designed as parts of the same system.

Ready for real use

Failure handling, security, performance, deployment and maintainability are part of the scope from the start.

Capabilities

From an unclear problem to a dependable product.

The engagement can cover a new product, a critical part of an existing system or a controlled rebuild. In each case, product and engineering decisions stay connected.

01

Product direction

Turn incomplete requirements, domain constraints and business risk into a coherent scope, user journeys and technical plan.

02

Web applications

Complex dashboards, SaaS products, internal tools and customer portals with a deliberate frontend architecture and robust backend integration.

Audit and rebuild

Diagnose brittle flows, architectural constraints and release blockers, then define a safe path for repair or controlled reconstruction.

AI-assisted delivery

Faster does not have to mean careless.

I use AI where it genuinely shortens the path from a decision to working software: analysis, prototyping, implementation, testing and documentation. Architecture, security and quality remain my responsibility.

01 / MVP

An MVP that can evolve

A fast start should not create a disposable demo. The first release needs to support the core workflow, generate credible feedback and provide a sound base for further development.

02 / AI

AI as engineering leverage

Models help compare options, prototype faster, implement repetitive work and expand test coverage. They do not replace domain understanding, technical judgement or risk assessment.

03 / VIBE CODING

Fast iteration, explicit boundaries

Vibe coding is useful while searching for direction. Production code still goes through normal engineering controls: types, review, tests, security checks and architectural scrutiny.

Selected work

Code matters when it becomes a product people can rely on.

THaiva is the largest product in the portfolio, but not the only one. The portfolio now spans immigration, mobile aftercare and focused utility products.

Process

Clear direction. Working increments. A controlled release.

The cadence changes with the product, but the sequence does not: reduce risk first, then build and prepare the system for real use.

Direction

Define the user, problem, business rules, constraints and the smallest scope that creates real value.

Solution design

Design the product structure, key states, interaction model, data flow and technical boundaries.

Working increments

Build complete slices of the product — from interface and data to integrations — instead of postponing system integration until the end.

Validation and release

Verify critical journeys, failure handling, performance, security, environments and the actual publication path.

Technology

Tools are selected for the problem, not the sales deck.

My usual working set combines the TypeScript ecosystem with frontend architecture, mobile applications, backend services, data and production infrastructure.

About n8.software

One studio. Direct accountability for the product.

I’m Piotr Gnyp. n8.software is my independent product engineering studio. My core specialism is the application layer: complex workflows, frontend architecture, component systems, state, performance and the details that make software feel coherent.

When the product needs a wider scope, I also cover mobile applications, backend integration, infrastructure and release preparation. That keeps decisions coherent from the first workflow model to a working production environment.
